Terry Van Winkle, President
Terry is passionate about motivating students to DEFINE who they are, DISCOVER what they can be, and DEVELOP a plan to reach their God-designed potential in key areas of life and relationships. Discovering new places and experiencing new adventures is high on Terry’s “to-do” list…thus making EuroTrain the ultimate leadership opportunity.
Terry’s scope of experience includes more than 20 years of student ministry and leadership development in both faith-based and secular organizations across the nation. He served as the first Executive Director of Student Ministries for LifeChurch.tv, a multi-site church with 13 campuses. He has also developed student leaders at scores of campuses in the Kansas City area while serving in leadership at YouthFront.
Terry and his wife Starla have 3 daughters, 1 son, and the three very cute toddler grandsons. They reside in Norman, OK.

Warren Cook
VP of Marketing and Creative
Warren Cook has teamed with Jamison Advertising Group (based in San Diego, CA) for more than 15 years, serving the last dozen as the agency’s Creative Director. He currently oversees the Ft. Worth, TX office as well. Warren’s efforts have netted him numerous awards for both design and the power to persuade.
Personally accomplished in all aspects of computer design and illustration, he is equally confident directing the work of illustrators, photographers and writers. Warren is also a specialist in developing effective branding campaigns and a skilled video producer. His work has been a key element in the marketing efforts of many high-profile companies and organizations, including AIG, The Home Depot, Avis, Cox Communications, Advanced Equities, and Purpose Driven Ministries.

Jeff Galley
Director
Jeff is passionate about helping motivated leaders to live out their God-given purpose and influence the world. He digs any kind of adventurous travel and is a proven leader with a track record of success (mixed in with some epic failures). Jeff has a unique mix of passion, drive, and strategic thinking that sometimes drives his wife crazy but suits him well as a developer of people.
Jeff founded the non-profit company Nexlead in 2000. During it’s eight years of operation 10,000+ students participated in Nexlead’s high-level leadership development programs all over the United States. In addition, Jeff has led hundreds of adults and students on leadership expeditions to England, Belgium, Switzerland, France, The Netherlands, Romania, Hungary, Mexico, Guyana, the US, and India. Jeff is currently the Team Leader for LifeGroup & Missions at LifeChurch.tv. He also does coaching for leaders with LeaderBreakthru.
Jeff has been madly in love with his wife Christy for almost 20 years and has three kids: Brenton, Breanna, and Dustin. His two favorite times of the day are early in the morning (with his Bible and coffee in hand) and evenings at home hanging out with “the fam”, watching a movie, or reading a good book. Jody Hodges
Director
Jody Hodges joined Bank of America in 2002, and has worked in various roles throughout the Bank. Jody is currently a Senior Client Manager within the Commercial-General Industries group of North Texas. In this role, he focuses on relationship management and delivering complete commercial banking services for large commercial clients including debt, treasury, derivative and international services. Some solutions offered include debt structuring, eCommerce, liquidity and international products.
Jody earned a Bachelor of Science degree from West Texas A&M University in 2001 and graduated with honors. He earned his M.B.A from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas with a focus on International Business and Finance. Jody is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma business honor society.
Jody serves as a Board Member of the Greatest Thing Foundation. He also served as a member of the Bank of America, Commercial Bank – Regional Executive Council from 2005 to 2007 and Fort Worth Leadership council from 2005 to 2009.
Jody is a member of Life Church.tv and lives in Fort Worth, Texas. Jody and his wife Nikki have been married for more than six years, and have one son Christian Scott. Jody and his family enjoy volunteering at their church as leaders/coaches of small group leaders. Jody is passionate about financial stewardship and leading individuals to become debt-free.
